When I don’t want to think about what to make for dinner, or just don’t have that time, this is one of my go-to grilled dinners. It has the meat ( well really it has the chicken but you could use beef) the vegies all you need is to add rice or whatever your fav go-to is.

Everything in my world can be made into appetizers. Just put on smaller skewers or even extra large toothpicks.
Grilled Chicken Kabobs
Dinner on a stick. Protein and vegies all in one. Just add rice or a baked potato and you are done. Easy Peasy for sure.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder can use granulated garlic
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 2 red bell peppers cut into 1/2 pieces
- 1 bunch green onions or 1 large sweet onion-cubed
- 1 1/2 cups whole fresh mushrooms wiped clean
- 3 pounds skinless, boneless chicken cut into 1" cubes
- 1 14.5 oz can artichoke hearts (optional)
- skewers (pre-soak if using wooden skewers)
Instructions
- Mix teriyaki sauce, honey, garlic powder or granulated garlic and ginger in a large resealable plastic bag.
- Place vegies and chicken in bag with marinade. Seal and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
- Spear onto skewers as you like.
- Grill on medium-high heat for 10 minutes until chicken is almost cooked thru. Turning as needed to get a good set of grill marks.
- Remove from grill and let sit a few minutes to allow meat to finish cooking and for the juices to settle in.
