I was not a fan of banana breads, nut breads, really most any quick breads. That is until I found this recipe years ago in Penzey magazine. I have made it so many times and made so changes to lack of an ingredients in the pantry that it has become mine ( at least in my brain).

London broils were on sale this past week and how can you pass that up! I have been getting away from the larger cuts since our fur babies past, but that was all that was remaining when I got to the store. Usually the second meal ( since I do not like ‘left-overs’ I have been using second meal instead) involve a cleaning out the fridge salad. That is not such a bad thing but wanted something EXTRA.

Sauerkraut Balls

I must confess..I do not like sauerkraut. I serve it on New Years Day and love Reubens. But what can I say I just do not like it.
BUT I love my sauerkraut balls.. Oh yes, they are my signature appetizer and never no never are complained about!
